About Graft

Graft, RBN1 No. 786354, operates from Raheny, Dublin.

Graft helps Irish sole traders and tradespeople organise receipts, invoices and bookkeeping records through WhatsApp and their connected Google account.

Your account

Your access is connected to the WhatsApp number you use. Keep that number and your connected Google account secure. Tell Graft promptly if you believe somebody else has access.

You are responsible for checking your business details, tax settings, document results, invoice previews and records before relying on them.

What the service does not replace

Graft is bookkeeping support. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. It does not file tax returns and does not replace an accountant or your own review of financial records.

Trial and subscription

The current offer is a 14-day free trial followed by €19 a month. A payment card is required when the trial starts. Stripe handles checkout and payment details.

You can cancel anytime by replying “billing” to Graft on WhatsApp and using the billing link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. You have seven days to fix the payment before Graft pauses the service. Your data is not deleted during the pause.

Graft will give 30 days' notice before changing the price. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Using Graft fairly

Do not use Graft to break the law, interfere with the service, access another customer's records, upload harmful material, misrepresent financial documents or send content you have no right to process.

Graft may limit or suspend access only for abuse, non-payment or a legal reason. Graft will give notice first unless urgent action is needed. You can appeal by emailing contact@graftr.ie.

Your records and content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you submit. You give Graft permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

Files and books created in your connected Google account remain controlled by that account. You are responsible for keeping any exports or backups you need.

Availability and changes

Graft may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider faults or network problems. The service may change as its features and providers change. Important changes to these terms will be posted here.

Liability and governing law

Graft is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for checking your records before relying on them.

As far as the law allows, Graft's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow a limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Irish law applies and disputes are handled by the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
