Free trial
Graft offers a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin. Stripe collects the card details. The monthly subscription starts after the trial unless you cancel first.
If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.
Monthly price
The subscription is €19 a month.
How to cancel
Reply “billing” to Graft on WhatsApp. Open the secure billing link and cancel the subscription there. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
After the free trial, refunds are not given for part of a month. You can keep using Graft until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error or after cancelling, ask for a full refund within 30 days by emailing contact@graftr.ie. Include the date and amount. Do not send card details by email.
Failed payments
Stripe may ask you to update your payment method if a charge fails. Graft can pause paid processing while a subscription is not active.
